CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE ORGANIZATION

1. VISA Cancellations.

If your visa is refused, and you can prove it through documents, we will refund 100% of your money (excluding bank refund charges of refunding)  (valid until July 10th).

2. Other Cancellations.

Delegates

1. Registrations cancelled for attendees before June 1st will be refunded at 100% (except the bank refund cost).
2. Registrations cancelled for attendees between 1-15 June will be refunded 75% (except the bank refund cost).
3. Registrations cancelled for attendees between 1-15 June will be refunded 25% of the registration fee (except the bank refund cost).
4. As of July 1st, nothing will be refunded.
5. In the 3rd and 4th cases, we offer to authors the possibility to present their paper in virtual form, and their abstract/s will also be published in the Abstracts E-book of the conference.

Organiser 

1. The Organiser will always have the right to cancel/postpone the event or change the Conference Venue. In this case, delegates can claim a refund of 100% of the registration fee previously paid to the organiser, but never the accommodation or travel costs.
2. Conference organisers cannot accept refund requests from delegates for cancelled flights, delegates for cancelled flights from the conference, delegates/attendees from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities.
3. The organisers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates/attendees, either during or after the conference. The organiser will refund 100% of the registration fee previously paid, but never the accommodation or travel costs. In this sense, we recommend that delegates do not book their hotel or flight until July.
